Good-bye Gluten 
My daughter brought home your business card yesterday as she tried one of your free samples and said they were great! I will forward your information to my gluten free friends, as we are always happy to see more food choices! I was wondering if your products also contain dairy? A large number of those in the autistic population do very well on a gluten/casein free diet. I have a son with autism and it seems once I overcome the gluten hurdle I am faced with dairy ingredient road block. If you sell any GF/CF items I would love to know more about them and how to order. I also stopped at a family owned cafe in Waunakee the other day and she sold GF cookies and said she was interested in expanding her GF selection. If you are looking to expand also she may be a good contact. Best of Luck to you!

Actually, all of my cupcakes are dairy free (however I have used dairy in my kitchen and the chocolate I use is produced in a facility where they use milk).
