I am so over winter but am still not over winter tastes. I’ve been craving gingerbread like it’s my job. So, I pulled up an old picture from December (gingerbread cupcake with lemon cream cheese frosting).
I made 4 flavors tonight for a wedding tasting: S’mores, Nutty Monkey, Mocha Liqueur, and Raspberry Lemonade. We are having a Winter Blues party tomorrow and I am pumped! The leftovers (because I have a hard time making less than 24 minis for every flavor) will go to our friends tomorrow night. I’ll have to take a picture of the tasting box once I charge the camera battery. I’m in love with bakery boxes that have windows in them. For whatever reason, it makes the cupcakes look elegant and romantic.
Off to bed. I’m trying to decide on what flavors to try next, so I’m sure I’ll dream about cupcakes all night. 🙂 Sweet dreams.
